The applicant proposes to replace an existing on-site wastewater treatment system with two 2,000 gallon holding tanks to serve a proposed 4-bedroom single family dwelling. Relief is required from the Town Sewage Disposal Ordinance which prohibits holding tanks unless a variance is granted by the local Board of Health. Based on the information presented in the record, no further Agency review is required for this variance since the project does not involve provisions of the Adirondack Park Agency Act.
