THIS INDENTURE, made the " `/ day of March, 2022, between
ELIZABETH KIRCHHOF, 2 Laing St., Albany NY 12205, party of the first part, and
MICHAEL SERINI and SHARON SERINI, 77 Chapel Hill Rd., Highland, NY 12528,
parties of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar and No Cents
($1.00), lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration, paid by the
parties of the second part,'do hereby grant and release unto the parties of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the parties of the second part forever,
All that tract, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Queensbury,
County of Warren and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at an iron pin which marks the southeast corner of the lands now or formerly of Mullen (lands
formerly of C.F. Pickens) and running thence South 10 0' East, 50 feet to an iron pin; running thence South 890 0' West,
161.67 feet to an iron pin; running thence North 00 55' East, 50.03 feet to an iron pin; running thence North 890 East, 160
feet to the place of beginning.
ALSO, ALL THAT CERTAIN OTHER PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, situate in the Town of Queensbury, County
of Warren and State of New York, which lies between the above described parcel and the high water mark of the waters
of Lake George, that is, the courses above described as South 890 0' West, 161.67 feet and North 890 East, 160 feet
should be extended in a westerly direction until said courses intersect the high water mark of waters of Lake George.
ALSO, a right of way over the remaining lands of Ernest Augustus Kirchof a/k/a Ernest Augustus Kirchhof from
the first parcel above described to the Cleverdale Road; said right of way to be located in the discretion and as convenient
to Ernest Augustus Kirchof a/k/a Ernest Augustus Kirchhof.
