It has come. to my attention that you were somehow given the incorrect address of 34 Gentry Lane
for your legal address.
Our records indicate that your correct a ess is 38 Gentry Lan and therefore you would be
required to change your mailing address 38 Gentry Lane.
In order to avoid a costly expense to you, I would make the following suggestions:
1. Change your address on correction forms as your receive your bills in the mail, and mail those
back to your utility companies, or call them.
2. If you have a checking account, as you use your checks and order new checks, change the
address on those checks.
3. 1 believe you are allowed to cross out a number on your driver's license and write the new
number on that driver's license, and therefore you could renew your driver's license when it's
due for renewal.
4. If you need to, the post office can give you address change cards that you can mail to people you
do business or associate -with.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. However, the Town of Queensbury did not
assign Number 34 to your home, and therefore, we are trying to correct the situation in order to
bring you in line with other numbers on your street.
