Adirondack Park Agency staff review of the above referenced variance determination
has been completed. The applicant proposes to construct a carport addition to an
existing garage. Relief is required from the Town property line setback and for
decicient permeability.
Based on the information presented in the record, no further Agency review is required
for this variance since the project does not involve provisions of the Adirondack Park
Agency Act.
