The subject consists of an existing single-family residence, dilapidated shed and gravel driveway. The project involves the removal of existing shed and construction of a new 24’ x 36’ pole barn. The proposed site improvements create 4,000 sf of disturbance and less than 1,000 sf of new impervious. Please refer to the individual Area Variance application or Sheet 1 of the Site Plan Drawings for the area variance requests.
