Presently the 3-bedroom main camp and the 2-bedroom cottage are served by a unknown sized wastewater system which is not adequate and they desire to bring the parcel up to the town's current on-site wastewater system standards. Given the terrain and site constraints, it is not possible to install a compliant wastewater system. The existing structures are served by a concrete septic tank of unknown size and a drain field of unknow size. We are proposing to install a new Fuji clean enhanced treatment unit, new pump station and a 470-SF absorption bed. Relief is requested for the installation absorption field fill within 1 ft of the east property line and within 1 ft of the west property line. We are also requesting relief to install the ETU and pump station within 5 ft of the east property line so that the owners can access the main camp with a vehicle on occasion as the main camp is a significant distance from the parking area.
