Adirondack Park Agency staff review of the above referenced variance determination
has been completed. The applicant proposes to remove 20 x 30 foot shed shed and
constuct a 24 x 32 garage in the same general location. Relief is required from the
Town wetland and side setbacks.
Based on the information presented in the record, no further Agency review is required
for this variance since the project does not involve provisions of the Adirondack Park
Agency Act.
