Pursuant to Section 179-14-040 of the Ordinance of the Town of Queensbury entitled: Appeals and
Variances, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Town of Queensbury will
conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 7:00 p.m. until approximately 11:00 p.m. at
the Queensbury Center, 742 Bay Road (reasonably accessible to persons with mobility impairment) to
consider the following variance and/or appeal application:

attached garage; and Building B of 1,200 sq. ft. and maintain an existing 1,200 sq. ft. garage on-site. The project work
includes minimal clearing for the new homes and municipal connection for sewer and water. Relief is requested for
two single family homes (not connected) on a parcel and for more than one garage on a parcel.
