This letter is in reference to Permit No. 98- 148 which has still not been issued
because we are lacking sufficient drawings to issue the permit. Also, we must do
the proper inspections in order to issue a Certificate of Occupancy for this particular
unit_
I have tried several times to contact you, but you have not returned my calls.
Therefore, this letter will serve as notice that if I do not hear from you within one
week from receipt of this letter, I will find it necessary to issue a court summons for
noncompliance.
I trust we can resolve this without further legal action. Please contact me upon
receipt of this letter.

proposal requires discretionary approvals from both the Zoning Board of Appeals
(ZBA) and the Planning Board. The Antigua Resort is a cornet ercial enterprise and
a non-conforming use in the Waterfront Residential zone.
Per Town of Queensbury Zoning Ordinance Section 179-79 expansion of non-
conforming uses require an approval from. the ZBA and Planning Board. We have
