A MOBILE HOME COURT AND TRANSIENT MOBILE HOME COURT ON ROUTE 149 IN

WHEREAS, THE SAID RESOLUTION DECLARED THAT UPON REVIEW OF THE ENVIRONMENT,;

TOWN BOARD DETERMINED THAT THE PROPOSED PROJECT WOULD HAVE NO SIGNIFICANT
EFFECT ON THE ENVIRONMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY
REVIEW ACT , AND
WHEREAS, NOTWITHSTANDING THE NEGLECT TO DESIGNATE A LEAD AGENCY AT THE TIME
OF THE 1979 RESOLUTION , THE OTHER PERMIT ISSUING AGENCIES CONNECTED WITH THE
PROJECT AND HAVING JURISDICTION THEREOF, TO WIT : DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH ;
DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION ; DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION ;
HAVE ALL CONSENTED THAT THE TOWN OF QUEENSBURY SERVE AS LEAD AGENCY ,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, THAT THE TOWN OF QUEENSBURY SHALL HAVE LEAD AGENCY STATUS AND
JURISDICTION OVER THE AFORESAID PROJECT AND THE SUPERVISOR OF THE TOWN OF
QUEENSBURY IS HEREBY AUTHORIZED TO SIGN THE PREVIOUSLY FILED AND APPROVED

TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD AND FELT THAT THE FIRM OF KESTNER WOULD
BE THE BEST• SUITED FOR THIS PARTICULAR TASK .
COUNCILMAN MORRELL- IF THE DISTRICT IS ESTABLISHED THE $19 , 100 WILL BE
CHARGED BACK TO THE DISTRICT.

UNDERWAY AS TO EXACTLY WHERE THE DISTRICT IS. WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR
' INPUT FROM THE PUBLIC FOR THOSE WHO HAVE PARTICULAR PROBLEMS OR QUESTIONS.
WE WILL HAVE PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING BEFORE THE LEGAL PUBLIC HEARING
WE HAVE ASKED THE ENGINEERS TO BE READY WITH INFORMATION BY NOVEMBER OF
THIS YEAR GIVING THEM SIX MONTHS TO PUT TOGETHER SOME KIND OF DISTRICT
