New dock easily meets all requirements of Town Code section 179-5-060 with room to spare. 100 feet of shoreline allows one U-shaped dock. Substantially less than 40 feet offshore and 100 feet from mean-high watermark. No section more than 8 feet wide and entire dock less than 40 feet wide. Only slightly more than half of allowed 700 square feet.
