1998 it is my determination the 12 car str-ucture measuring 24 feet by 150 feet
may be reconstructed pending issuance of a building permit.
l base this decision on the fact the structure was rendered structural unsound as
a result of settlement of the foundation. The structure was demolished to
alleviate a danger to the safety of the residents less than 18 months ago.
