If your application was approved, the next likely step is a Building Permit. Final plans / drawings must be provided for the next phase of review. The applicant has modified the existing 2834 sq ft entry building where a 636 sq ft portion of the building is now a ticket entry area. The plans call for a 490 sq ft pergola at the front of the building and a 430 sq ft pergola at the rear of the building. The previous plan had a 1,150 sq ft separate ticket building that is not to be constructed at this time. Site plan for the new pergolas in the RC zone, hard surfacing within 50 ft of shoreline and freshwater wetlands for work within 100 ft of wetland. Area variance for the front pergola is to be 16.5ft from the front setback where a 75 ft setback is required, the rear pergola is to be 33.5 ft from the stream where a 75 ft setback is proposed. Permeability relief is requested as the project area will contain the building and hard surfacing in the pergola area.
