The items specifically we are dealing with is exterior fire separations between buildings. As we discussed, the go kart repair building will need to provide a minimum Two Hour masonry wall abutting the existing masonry wall from the footings to the roof deck where the two buildings adjoin each other. The wall that is opposite the expansion for the cafeteria will need to be at least a Three Quarter Hour rating with a noncombustible exterior finish. The go kart storage building will need to provide a Three Quarter Hour exterior wall with noncombustible facing on any side that faces the existing Skateland building. We also talked about perhaps moving the building so that only one side of the go-kart storage building would need to be rated. It was also confirmed that the expansions to the building will not exceed the allowed fire area for this building, and that the seating capacity for the cafeteria will not be expanded, and will be maintained less than 100 persons occupancy.
