Stormwater
and Drainage •All stormwater devices are designed to meet the minimum setback requirement
of 35 ft from Lake and therefore no variances are proposed
• The Town Engineer has reviewed and signed off on both the previously
proposed stormwater design as well as the changes proposed as part of these
plan revisions.
• This site proposes many challenges for stormwater management including
steep slopes and shallow bedrock. But using a combination of permeable
pavers and built-up stormwater devices the drainage on the site can be limited
to pre-development runoff rates and volumes in accordance with the Town
Code.
