Pursuant to Section 179-14-040 of the Ordinance of the Town of Queensbury entitled: Appeals and Variances,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Town of Queensbury will conduct a public
hearing on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 7:00 p.m. until approximately 11:00 p.m. at the Queensbury Center, 742 Bay
Road (reasonably accessible to persons with mobility impairment) to consider the following variance and/or appeal
application:

Project Description: Applicant proposes a 1,224 sq. ft. detached 2-bay garage on existing residential parcel. The
existing home of 3,870 sq. ft. footprint is to remain with no changes. The existing home has an attached garage of 1,363
sq. ft. footprint and is consistent with the home. The new garage is to be 22 ft. in height and will allow for larger storage
and lawn equipment. Relief is requested for a second garage and size of second garage.
