Dear John,
With respect to case# FPBC-0395-2023, I have attached two drawings:
1. Current floor plan as of 6-26-23 of 820 B Quaker Road (to scale).
2. Floor plan (FP2) as accepted in the 2011 Site Plan Review (not to scale).
The only difference made between the two floor plans is the addition of two non-load
bearing walls that do not extend to the'ceiling that form the boundaries for the break
room.
As for the current tenant, Krueger Electric, I believe they fit the context of
"Commercial/Light Industrial" that the building and property are designated by the Town
of Queensbury.
