Building Inspector Notes False 6/29/23 Property Transfer Inspection Not Approved
The items listed below are the reasons for the inspection not
being performed.
1) Both ends of the septic tank were not exposed for inspection
plus the distribution box was not exposed.
These are required for the inspection to be performed as stated
on the Property Transfer inspection Application see attached
highlighted section.
2) Stone Industries men were told by the homeowner to just open
one end of septic tank and did not have time in their schedule to
dig up the other two locations. They would have to be rescheduled
and their boss Dean Burdick would have to come out and dig up
the three locations.
3) Please coordinate a new time with Stone Industries.
