As shown in the As-Built, as well as noted in the May 10, 2023 letter to Mark Smith, the system has been installed in general conformance with the plans and the May 10,2023 letter. As-Built Grades for the Stormwater Management System On June 14, 2023, the contractor sent field sketch of spot elevations showing the bottom of the proposed stormwater management area and the grades in the driveway. For reference, I have attached the May 26, 2023 letter that I had sent you detailing the change to the stormwater system as well as the overflow. As shown on the as-built,the lowest elevation in the parking area is on the eastern side of the parking area, as shown by the 500.25 spot elevation. The stormwater management basin has been designed to infiltrate the 100-yr storm event; however, in the event of an overflow situation, runoff will drain to this spot elevation, where it will then flow into the grass to the east of the development.
