This project is consistent with the goals of the Town's Comprehensive Plan which call
for improving properties and maintaining natural settings where feasible. The sauna is
made of cedar and has a very small footprint. It blends with the natural surroundings
and will be located near our stairway. The lean to is very small and open. It provides
storage for watersport apparatus such as skis and tubes and helps keep the area neat
and tidy.
