On behalf of our client, Queensbury Avenue, LLC, we are pleased to submit this Application package for the
project referenced above. The existing deli is proposed to have an 1,818± square-foot Convenience store addition
along with the installation of a 1,458± square-foot Gas canopy with fueling stations. Relief is being sought for the
proposed front yard setback to the gas canopy.
