ALL THAT TRAC"I' OR PARCEL OF LAND, situate in the Town of Queen ,bury,
County of Warren and State of ivcw York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwesterly comer of the lot of land heretofore conveyed by Chas.
H. Green and wife to Seymour .Merrin which corner is designated by a piece of limestone set in the
ground, running thence northerly along the east line of said Menitt's lot I 1- 1/2 rods to the center of
the Moss Street road, said line striking a piece of time rock set in the ground on the southern line of
said road, thence along the center of said road easterly 8 rods to a paint opposite to and in a direct
line with the lime rock set in the ground on the southerly boundary of said road; thence northerly in
a direct line striking the last said lime rock I I-I/2 rods to another corner made by Iime rock set in
the ground; thence westerly along the line of other lands formerly owned by Chas. H. Green to the
place of beginning, provided always and this grant is upon the express condition that no barn shall
be located on any part of said land except on the east end of said lot and at least 7 rods from the
south boundary line of said road; also all that certain lot of land situate in said Town, bounded and

bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the easterly bounds of Queensbury Avenue where the same is
intersected by the approximate southerly bounds of Dix Avenue; thence running along the said
southerly bounds of Dix Avenue, the following two courses and distances:
(1) South 88 degrees, 33 minutes and 30 seconds East, a distance of 130.10 feet;
(2) South 88 degrees, 49 minutes and 30 seconds East, a distance of221,74 feet to an iron pipe found
in the ground for a comer at the northwest corner of lands now or formerly of Murphy, thence
running along the same, South 05 degrees, 32 minutes and 30 seconds West, a distance of 168.63
feet to a point in the northerly bounds of lands now or formerly of Moore; thence running North 88
degrees, 25 minutes and 00 seconds West, along the northerlybounds thereof and along the northerly
bounds of lands of LaPier and along the lands of Burch, a distance of 222.86 feet to an iron pipe
found in the ground for a comer, thence continuing along said lands of Burch, North 88 degrees, 36

thereof as was conveyed byA. Wallace Denton and Clara D. Denton to Lawrence Denton and Isabel[
C. Denton, his wife, by corrected deed dated June 12, 1953.and recorded in the Warren County
Clerk's Office in Book 322 of Deeds at Page 440, and described therein as follows:
