Also enclosed please find plan ME- 1 , dated 8 / 24 / 84 , latest revision 12 / 1 / 84 by Harold Rosen Associates , our Electrical /Mechanical Engineer , which shows the mechanical / electrical work by the Landlord for the same Tenant . Both are to be given to Mac Dean , the Building Inspector in Queensbury for our filing of the Building Permit for the above Tenant , Strawberries Records and Tapes of Glens Falls , Incorporated . Based on my calculations for all of the above work , the total figure is $ 15 , 630 . 00 . According to the formula you gave me for such based on $ 10 . 00 for the first $ 5 , 000 . 0o worth of work and $ 2 . 00 for each $ 1 , 000 . 00 worth of work. , thereafter , enclosed please find our check 0944 in the amount of $ 27 . 00 , accordingly . in filing for thee permit , it is important, for Mac Dean to under- stand that the permit for which we are filing relates only to that Landlord Work .
