Re: Survey Waiver Request—117 Birdsall Rd, Queensbury NY Variance
We would like to request a waiver for the survey required for the variance paperwork. The
company that last completed a survey on our property, Charles T. Nacy, is no longer in business
and cannot provide an update. Our variance request only relates to the dock and the shoreline.
These have stayed the same since the survey done by Charles T. Nacy in 2010, with the
exception of repairs. We hope that based on this, and the location of the new dock being within
the same spot, the waiver for a new survey will be approved.
