QUEENSBURY'S PUBLIC EMPLOYER HEALTH EMERGENCY PLAN
RELATING TO CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19) PANDEMIC

WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 112, 2021 the Queensbury Town Board authorized
adoption of the Town's Public Employer Health Emergency Plan(Plan)to deal with the Coronavirus
Disease 2019 (COVID-19)pandemic, and
WHEREAS, May 11, 2023 marked the end of the federal COVID-19 public health
emergency and as set forth in the Plan, upon resolution of the COVID public health emergency,
the Town Supervisor or designee is to direct the resumption of the Town's normal operations or
operations with modifications if necessary, and
WHEREAS, the Town Supervisor and Town Board wish to direct the resumption of the
Town's normal operations and revoke its Plan,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby directs the resumption of the Town of
Queensbury's normal operations and the revocation of its Public Employer Health Emergency Plan
pertaining to COVID-19 and authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to so advise Town
Departments of this action and the Town Supervisor, Town Budget Officer, Town Safety and
Compliance Officer and/or Town Facilities Manager to take any and all actions necessary to
effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
