Enclosed please find an amended plan view of the dock
addition we plan to construct for the Walfred Corp. on
Assembly Point . •
As you can see by the enclosed, total shorefrontage
for the piece of property is in excess of 216 lineal feet .
Existing at the site are two docks :
1 ) an F-shaped dock that has 531 s . f. of surface area.
• 2 ) a straight dock that has 264 s . f. of surface area.
We plan on leaving the F-shaped dock as constructed. --
We do , though, propose to add to the existing straight dock to
form a U-shaped dock that will have 564 s . f. of surface area.
