- provide letter of substantial completion from architect stating that
the project was completed in accordance with the approved plans
and specifications.
-provide a maintenance agreement for the septic system
-a 20 minute thermal barrier is required at the laundry room attic at
the spray foam insulation.
-20 minute fire door at garage is required to be self closing and
latching.
-complete work in theater room
- complete exterior stone work and siding
- any exterior door that with out a platform will need to be secured.
-submit blower door test results
- submit final stamped survey
-- complete exterior site work.
