RESOLUTION APPOINTING AS A
TOWN OF QUEENSBURY SUPERVISOR-AT-LARGE
ON THE WARREN COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

WHEREAS, Hilary Stec recently resigned as a Town of Queensbury Supervisor-At-Large on
the Warren County Board of Supervisors, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with New York State Law, the Queensbury Town Board has the
duty of choosing a replacement to fill Ms. Stec's seat on the Board of Supervisors, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board has reviewed resumes, interviewed interested candidates and is
ready to make an appointment to the Board of Supervisors position,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, hereby appoints as a Town of Queensbury Supervisor-At-
Large on the Warren County Board of Supervisors effective August 7t", 2023 through December 31',
2023, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Clerk to forward a
certified copy of this Resolution to the Warren County Board of Elections and Warren County Board
of Supervisors, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to sign any
needed documentation and the Town Supervisor and/or Town Clerk to take any actions necessary to
effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
