floor restrooms, updated existing restroom and handicapped
unisex restroom, mezzanine offices, new upstairs employee
bathroom next to existing employee break room and detail bays
area).
Outstanding items for Temporary Certificate of Occupancy:
- Submit a Final approval letter from the Architect Ethan Hall
stating that the areas listed above are substantial complete in
accordance with the approved plans, specifications, and
COMcheck.
- Submit a Final Approval Letter from design engineer stating that
the areas listed above are substantially complete in accordance
with the approved plans and specifications.
- Submit all 3rd party special inspections documentation for
project(soil compaction, concrete reinforcement, concrete testing
and structural framing).
- Final Electrical Inspection for all areas listed above.
- Perform and submit HVAC Air Balancing Report for all areas
listed above.
- Provide a temporary solid guard rail for stairs to mezzanine
offices. Either fire retardant plywood or plywood with fire retardant
paint applied to it.
- Install all missing ceiling tiles in areas to be occupied.
- Install second handrail on stairs to upstairs employee break
room and new employee bathroom. New handrail must extend
12" passed last step to upper landing and return into wall and
extend to end of masonry block wall at bottom before door frame
and return into wall.
- Install missing exterior lighting outside of detail bays. Also
electrical wire hanging from conduit in detail bay ?
