I am requesting a waiver to the attached survey for the construction of a detached second garage at my
70 Pickle Hill Road property, as the proposed detached garage does not require a setback variance.
I have attached a copy of the most current survey for my 70 Pickle Hill Road property, an as -built by the
builder/owner, completed in 2003.
There have been no changes to the attached survey, and my proposed, new detached garage, will not
exceed setback requirements.
