Complete the following items listed below:
- Complete all outstanding framing and insulation items in roof
area.
- Secure all fsk25 foil paper to underside of ceiling insulation on
warm side and make sure that all gaps/daylight at tops of exterior
walls and ceiling meeting points are sealed tight with insulation.
- Submit all outstanding required special inspection reports, refer
to email dated 7/29/21
- Complete all electrical items and obtain a Final Electrical
Inspection from an approved Town of Queensbury electrical
inspector.
- Remove all existing abandoned electrical wiring in roof area
above the ceiling insulation.
- Remove all abandoned plumbing in roof area above the ceiling
insulation.
- Remove all miscellaneous construction debris in the roof area
above the ceiling insulation.
- Submit final certified electronic as-builts for architectural,
structural, plumbing, heating and electrical plans.
- Schedule a final inspection with Bruce Frank the code
compliance officer regarding the completion of the site work in
accordance with the approved site plan.
- Submit a final approval letter from the Architect and Engineer
stating all work has been completed in accordance with the
approved plans and specifications.
--Verify that the Town of Queensbury Water and Sewer Department
have performed their final inspection and have signed off on the
project.
- Install new toilet tank with flush handle on open side at exterior
unisex handicap bathroom.
- Install receptacle cover plate on receptacle in exterior handicap
bathroom.
- Mirror needs to be lowered to 40" from finish floor to bottom edge
of mirror in exterior handicap bathroom.
- No hot water in bathrooms please turn on to verify.
- Suspended space heater in mechanical room needs
condensate drip line extended to stand pipe with trap at wall.
- Complete all outstanding Fire Marshal items.
