DM010, 04-29-22 Rev.3 Page 1 of 1 General Information Jake of BBL requested Terracon to be on site for observed parking garage column repairs at j-10 at the above referenced project. Observed work was being performed by BBLC. The results of observations for today were reported to Brian Decker of BBL. The construction documents referenced for this inspection include: S001, S102, 8/15/23. Summary of Services Observed contractor drill & epoxy repair reinforcement at referenced column. Additional Comments Contractor wrapped the entire lower/below grade pier with ties epoxied into the pier on 4 sides. See photo #8. Drawing shows less reinforcement; in place/as-built pier reinforcement was more substantial than design. Contractor reported RDP would likely issue an email or sketch pertaining to as-built condition. Compliance Statement Based on our observations, construction activities at the above referenced locations appeared to be completed in general accordance with the project plans and specifications.
