- Provide proof of final electrical inspection.
- install switch plates at all receptacles, outlet with switch will
need to be moved from kitchen floor and properly fastened.
- Insulation behind walk in coolers need to be cleaned up/
reinstalled.
- cover insulation in ceiling behind walk in coolers, install 22" x 30"
attic access that is insulated equal to ceiling insulation with a
gasket seal.
- install lever type door hardware at all interior doors.
- install cap on open sanitary drain observed in basement.
- several leaks were observed in basement plumbing while
conducting a flow test. Both supply and sanitary drains were
observed to be leaking.
- repair open soffits and holes in the siding as discussed on site.
- complete Fire Marshals items.
- Complete all plumbing work, drain for sink in kitchen not
completed.
