Brief Description of Proposed Action:
The owner of Garvey Hyundai is proposing the construction of a new building for auto detailing and body work. The proposed building will be
on the
order of 7200 sf and will be located in the rear of the existing 6.96 acre parcel located on Dix Ave in the Town of Queensbury. The proposed site work
includes increasing the parking and travel surfaces, regrading around the proposed building additions, sewer and water service extensions and
modifications to the stormwater management system on the site.
