files . At our last inspection done on September 9 , 1991 , it was noted that
this project was incomplete .
If the project has been completed and you are using this garage , you are
in violation of the Town of Queensbury Code Chapter 88 , Section 88- 19 which
requires the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy or Certificate of Compliance
before a structure may be used or occupied .
We are , therefore , requesting that you renew this permit as soon as possible
or call for a final inspection . The renewal fee is $ 25 . 00 and can be done
by mail .
