Adirondack Park Agency staff review of the above referenced variance determination
has been completed. The applicant proposes to construct an 840 square-foot detached
garage. Relief is required from the Town for construction of a second garage where
only one garage is allowed.
Based on the information presented in the record, no further Agency review is required
for this referred Town issued variance; however, the proposed project is subject to an
APA Settlement Agreement pursuant to Agency Enforcement file E2021-0149 and the
applicant will need to comply with conditions of the settlement agreement.
