addition and the addition to the rear of the house have been built
per the approved plans. However, the shop addition to the back of
the garage has not been started and the large rear deck has not
been started besides the ledger board attached to the house.
Additionally, the 8" deep stone course approved to go below the
deck has not been installed. Good for a "Partial Pass".
11/28/2023: Inspected property for compliance. Deck and garage
complete minus the shop addition. The deck is slightly smaller
on the west end where the furnace vent exits the home. 8" stone
course is under the deck per the plans. This project will be
considered complete as-is (without shop addition). Good for
zoning sign off.
