1. Scope of work to be done:
General: The proposed project consists of reconstruction of existing retail space, formally the
home of: Fish307.com. There are no additions to the building footprint that are
contemplated. (The proposed project does not contemplate expanding the building
footprint/square footage.)
The planned improvements will consist of:
Installation/upgrade of a new handicap access ramp to conform to current ADA requirements.
2. Installation of an ADA compliant bathroom on the first floor.
