11/15/23 Spoke with Michael Pobok via text and told him he is in
violation of the Town ordinance for garbage to be disposed of in
sealed containers and the NYS Property Maintenance Code. I
asked him to please get a container to place his recyclables in or
he will leave me no choice but to issue a Order to Remedy
Violation Notice. I will have Mark Smith check on 11/21/23 for
compliance
12/4/23 As per Mark Smith's inspection today the recycle bin has
been emptied. Ok to close out complaint.
