JAMES FLANSBURG TO CARRY OVER UNUSED VACATION TIME

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury's Parks and Recreation Foreman James Flansburg has
accumulated eight (8) days of vacation time that he may not be able to use before year's end and
therefore has requested Town Board approval to carry over up to eight (8) days of vacation time
beyond December 31', 2023, and
WHEREAS, the Town's Parks and Recreation Director has recommended approval and
therefore the Town Board wishes to approve such request with the understanding that such approval
shall not be considered as a precedent for approval of any future requests,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes James Flansburg to carry
over up to eight (8) days of vacation time beyond December 31', 2023 and authorizes and directs the
Town Supervisor, Parks and Recreation Director and/or Town Budget Officer to take any actions
necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
