WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town's Zoning Board of
Appeals in accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, Ronald Kuhl's term on the Zoning Board of Appeals will expire as of December
31', 2023 and Mr. Kuhl has expressed his interest in reappointment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby reappoints Ronald Kuhl to serve as a
member of the Queensbury Zoning Board of Appeals until his term expires on December 31, 2030.
Duly adopted this 18t'day of December, 2023,by the following vote:
