Items remaining:
- Handrails at top and bottom of stairs need to be returned into the
wall at ends.
- The handrails need to extend a foot at the top of the stairs. The
handrails will have to be angled at top to go passed the end walls
and dog leg around each corner by 6".
- Move handicap bathroom sign on door to wall where soap
dispenser is located.
- Install Handicap Parking Sign in designated parking space and
stripe in blue the space with wheelchair emblem in space. The
handicap sign needs to be a minimum of 60" high from pavement
to bottom of sign.
- Install No Parking Sign in existing hashed parking space which
needs to be expanded to 8' wide and striped in blue hash marks.
The No Parking Sign needs to be a minimum of 60" high from
pavement to bottom of sign.
- Complete all Fire Marshal items listed on their preliminary CO
inspection.
- A Final Electrical Inspection will be required if any new wiring is
installed to accommodate new devices required by the Fire
Marshal's Inspection.
- Provide new floor plan of basement area labeling each room due
to the creation of an enclosed basement landing at bottom of the
new stairs.
