The project as illustrated were prepared by our office and submitted to the jurisdiction. Per my recent correspondences and the photo documentation provided by the contractor, the project appears to be consistent with the drawings that we provided. According to our recent correspondences with the general contractor's representative,they would like your office to accept the project as substantially complete. Based upon the aforementioned photos and documentation, it appears that the project is at.a level of substantial completion. Some of the sales fixtures have not yet been installed so their final location shall be such that no paths of life safety are interrupted. Once remaining punch list items are complete and the remaining sales fixtures are installed, all exit paths shall be verified by the GC and provided to our office for comment and approval.
