The absorption system(as per final stamped plans)was installed according to the plans. The disposal field is in the rear yard of the house with the closest portion being 28'from the residence. The septic tank was inspected and deemed adequate for re-use and an effluent filter was added to the tank. The distribution box was installed with liquid levelers and verified. The property is serviced by municipal water. *The only deviation from the plans was moving the disposal area closer to the rear yard setback.Required setback 10,Installed setback @ 4'. This change was due to the location of the of the septic tank orientation and a very small area in which to work. Visual inspection of the grounds revealed no standing water within the building envelope of the lot.Final grading had not been completed at the time of inspection. Wales Engineering certifies that, based on field observations, this onsite wastewater disposal system that was designed and has been installed in substantial conformance with the approved design plans and meets the standards set forth in Part 75A of the New York State Department of Health Sanitary Code Manuel and local building codes by the Town of Queensbury that may apply.
