Permit Dear Mr . Hatin : # I was surprised to receiveyour notice relative to the above permit number since I assumed that the necessary approvals had long since been obtained . As indicated in the permit application , the job covered the construction of an open porch with no plumbing or septic system in - volvement . The work was completed in October 1987 . My contractor was Lawrence Robert Lemery whose present address is RD # l , County Line Road , Glens Falls , NY The subject premises on Assembly Point are at present -unoccupied and remain so until my wife and I return from Florida around Memorial Day . The house is essentially a summer camp , In the interim I will try to contact Mr . Lemery to determine why the work has not long since been signed off . If I cannot reach Mr . Lemery , I will take care of the matter promptly after my return to Lake George .
