8/3/23 final residential inspection not approved, please address the items
listed below and call for recheck. - provide an updated manual S & J showing
the change to geo thermal heating and cooling equipment. - provide third
party sign off for installation of geo thermal heating system -a final inspection
by the Fire Marshal for the wood burning stove is required -condensate line
can not drain into the floor drain in basement. -thermostat needs installed in
main house. -provide blower door test results. -provide proof of final electrical
inspection. -basement ceiling will need to be sheet rocked or an approved
thermal barrier to cover insulation. complete exterior trim, siding, and soffits.
complete interior trim, installation of doors, and work at upstairs bathroom. -
ridged insulation at exterior of foundation will need to be covered or cut below
grade. - A final inspection by Code Compliance Officer Bruce frank will be
