BOUNDARY LINE AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made the 22"d day of June, 2017, between

A New Jersey Corporation with a mailing address of

WITNESSETH, that the parties to this agreement are the present owners in fee
of adjoining parcels of improved real property and there is some confusion, doubt and
uncertainty concerning the precise location of the common boundary lines between their
respective properties, and the parties want to define and establish such boundary lines
for all times, it is agreed as follows, in consideration of One Dollar and other good and
valuable consideration paid by Durante Enterprises, Inc., Debra Durante-Scheibel
hereby grants, releases and quit claims unto Durante Enterprises, Inc., its heirs or
successors and assigns of Durante Enterprises, Inc., forever,

Inc., South 06128'35" West, 40.98 feet to a chrome survey marker set; thence North

Clerk's Office in Book 5452, at Page 24.
This Agreement shall run with the land and be binding upon the parties hereto
and ensure to the benefit of their respective heirs, representatives, successors and
assigns.
