A. All applications for septic sy*tern installation, alteration or repair, as
required by the Town at Qu+e►ee"bury Sanitary Sewage Ordinance, shall
be submitted to the Buile !Department at least 24 hours before start
of constructiow and shall JoW sdo a plot plan showing:

5.) size amd dimensions of all tanks, distribution
