DECLARATION:
1. I acknowledge that no construction shall be commenced prior to the issuance of a valid permit and will be completed
within a 12 month period.Any changes to the approved plans prior to/during construction will require the submittal
of amended plans,additional reviews and re-approval.
2. If,for any reason,the building permit application is withdrawn,30%of the fee is retained by the Town of Queensbury.
After 1 year from the initial application date, 100%of the fee is retained.
3. If the work is not completed by the 1 year expiration date the permit may be renewed, subject to fees and
department approval.
4. I certify that the application, plans and supporting materials are a true and a complete statement and/or description
'of the work proposed,that all work will be performed in accordance with the NYS Building Codes, local building laws
and ordinances,and in conformance with local zoning regulations.

FULL MOON DECK:SCOPE OF WORK
Our customer the Full Moon Bar&grill has an area outside kitchen door they use for empty kegs
and some other items.This is existing and fenced in so no items are in public view.There is also A/C
on ground for mini-split.This area always get muddy from roof runoff and snow/rain.
To solve this,we are proposing a 16"elevated deck with a roof overtop.The deck will be at door
level for ease of access and products that are delivered to the kitchen.Stair set at end and possible
aluminum delivery ramp(removable)for deliveries.
The deck is typical construction. Here are our Notes:
1. 2x6 framing
2. Hurricane ties on rafters
3. Ledger to be lags&shields to building
4. Sonotubes 12'dia.At 48"in ground
5. Flashing applied at building for metal roof
6. Simpson post supports for sonotube attachment(4x6)
7. 6'stockade type privacy fence on 2 sides

The deck is typical construction,2x6 frame with PT decking. Posts on sonotubes,unless post base
supports(concrete)can be used instead of sonotubes.(please let us know on this item).Roof
constructed same as rear roof we did last year or so.All bracing and supports as drawn.
Privacy stockade type fence as existing for concealing area on 2 sides.A/C unit to be moved up to
deck area so not on ground.
