The attached permit application is for tank replacement and system investigation/repair. Conversely, if more widespread or pervasive problems are found with the leaching system, the tank replacement would be completed and the leaching system excavation would be backfilled; subsequent design modifications would be developed and submitted under a new or amended permit application.
